Shipping & Returns
SpecsBunker is committed to efficient and reliable order fulfillment. Domestic shipments are delivered within seven business days, excluding recognized national holidays and unforeseen events. Complimentary shipping is provided for all orders within India. Customers should note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, levied by the
destination country, and these duties are not included in the purchase price.
All delivery-related inquiries are handled promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Regarding returns and exchanges, sunglasses may be exchanged within seven days of delivery, contingent upon the items being unused and retaining their original tags and packaging. Contact lenses are eligible for exchange within three months of delivery, specifically for power adjustments, provided the product packaging remains unopened and undamaged. Returns are
processed via credit note. Spectacle frames, prior to lens fitting, may be exchanged. However, once lenses have been fitted, the frames are considered
final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
