Sunglasses & Spectacle Frames
Sunglasses and spectacle frames may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, accessories, and certificates are intact.
- The product has not been damaged, altered, or worn.
For spectacle frames, returns or exchanges are accepted only before prescription lenses are fitted. Once lenses have been fitted to a frame, the product is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
For approved returns, the refund will be processed directly to the same payment method or payment platform used to place the original order.
Once the refund is approved and initiated by SpecsBunker, the refunded amount will reflect in the customer's account within 6–8 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank's processing time.
SpecsBunker reserves the right to conduct a quality check of the returned product before approving the return, exchange, or refund.
